Shipping and delivery

MooMenn is a marketplace. Products are supplied and fulfilled by independent marketplace suppliers, so dispatch location, delivery options and delivery times can vary by product, supplier and delivery destination.

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for the items in your basket. Please do not rely on estimates shown elsewhere on the site when the checkout shows a different delivery service or timeframe.

Orders containing products from more than one supplier may arrive in separate parcels. Each parcel can have its own delivery timeframe and tracking information.

Dispatch and tracking

Suppliers prepare orders after payment is confirmed. When a supplier provides tracking information, it will be made available with your order.

International orders, customs and import charges

For international deliveries, the recipient may be the importer of record. Import taxes, customs duties, clearance charges and similar fees can be charged by the destination country and, unless checkout expressly states that they are included, are payable by the recipient.

Customs processing can delay a delivery. MooMenn and its suppliers cannot control customs decisions or predict charges imposed by a destination authority.
